This is my official announcement of my new website/company. I got super creative with the name, I just used mine. Kristykronas.com. See super creative. What’s even better? I’m officially a Certified Personal Trainer. Even though I’ve been helping people for the last four to five years. I’m finally certified.
I believe in growth, continuous education, constantly striving to make myself better, smarter. As a result, I’m hoping to have a handful of other certificates under my belt to help my clients, by the end of next year. Including powerlifting and Olympic lifting. So stay tuned.
Along with the launch of my site, I’m also launching my first program. I’m calling it Level 1. Why? Because it’s meant for beginners, or someone who hasn’t been to the gym in a long time. I actually created it for myself to help get me back into a normal training regime. So if that didn’t keep me busy, adding screen printing to the mix would be insane. Right? Well…. I added it in. I know, absolutely fucking nuts. But I did it. At the current moment, I don’t have the equipment to do my own screen printing. So I reached out to a company that provided a decent product for me. All I have to do, design the shirts. Which is a lot harder than it seems.
Here is the first shirt that is already up for sale on my site. This is the first of many, so be sure to come back and check.
For the last six months, I’ve been preparing for this. Getting things ready, studying, researching, everything you can think of. I’ve always wanted to help people. If you ask anyone who truly knows me, they would tell you the same thing. My blog will continue to be an array of topics. From fitness, health, training, life, being a mom, my anti-mom shame campaign, etc.
So now that I’ve officially announced my site. Follow it! Make comments! Check everything out!
I’m definitely looking forward to this new chapter in my life.
