The attack of the DOMS

Thanks to goals, I’ve been getting back to some hardcore training. A mixture of powerlifting, boxing, and conditioning. The last two weeks has been all about getting back to basics. Focusing on form, making sure everything is perfect. Last night was the first time, I went back to my normal training. Weights, sprints, and bag work.

Life gets busy in waves. One week, it's chaos. The next, nothing. Lots of changes going on with my site. I also opened up an Etsy shop. Which will slowly be getting more and more things added to it. Just need the funds to do it. I've been working on a few other side projects, things that I've been wanting to do forever. Getting everything prepared, then when I have the money to do it, I can send it in and continue forward. 


We the People Project

I’m not one to stand by the way side and let things happen. I don’t have pockets lined with cash. I don’t even have a following that’s big enough to make a real difference. But that’s what I’ve always wanted to do. Make a difference. That’s how this whole thing started. The want to actually make a difference. Not just in fitness or in someone’s life. But make a true difference in the world.
